Really great service, they assisted us in relocating our grocery shop in under a day!

I had a really good time with smartroom. I contacted them on Wednesday and got everything set for Sunday. The driver was awesome, lending a hand with loading all the boxes. He even brought along special cables for the TV and soft covers to protect the screen, which eased my mind about scratches. We made a quick stop at Stratford to grab some boxes, and the driver was super helpful getting them to the apartment.

For real, this was the best experience I've had. The team responds fast, super friendly folks, and everything runs like a well-oiled machine. They handle the whole process from start to finish and are just a joy to deal with. I've used their services a couple of times now and would definitely suggest them.

Getting my belongings back is a nightmare. DON'T BELIEVE THEM! They ignore emails, WhatsApp messages, and private messages on social media. The rare times I do get someone on the phone, they just hang up when I try to set up a time to send my boxes to my new home. I've been attempting to contact Smartroom for weeks to retrieve my items.

They’re shaking things up by offering tailored services instead of making you agree to a harsh set of 'terms & conditions'. For instance, they’re cool with charging you based on the actual space you use, unlike the big guys who make you pay for a minimum room size. Plus, you don’t have to plan your packing and pick-up weeks ahead; their team is usually around during business hours and their prices are quite fair.

I've tried Smartmove on two occasions. The first time was great—quick, dependable, and smooth sailing. But the second go-around was a whole different story. The crew seemed inexperienced, struggled to lift boxes, and took way longer than necessary. They got lost without even a call, forgot to grab the blankets from the truck before loading, which meant we had to use ours and they got messed up. Plus, the refund I received was just not enough for the awful service.

Reliable, speedy, and fairly priced service! I was overseas and needed to store some of my furniture, clothes, and other items! Then I had to bring some things back (once again, very well done). When the furniture arrived, I was a bit anxious since the fabric is pretty delicate, but they handled it with great care. The clothes were packed with attention too. They even shipped some to my home country, and when we received them, everything was in perfect condition and beautifully arranged. Can't recommend them enough! Punctual and effective.
